SHIPPING
Packages are shipped within 1-4 working days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment, unless otherwise communicated and with the exception of public holidays and pre-holidays.
We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, or on holidays and days before holidays.
Delivery times depend on the location you are in, but are usually very fast. As soon as the shipment has started, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Shipments are handled by couriers. They are all traceable and insured.

SALES CONDITIONS
1. Application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) are valid for all orders and shipments that take place between the Rossini G. Foundation (hereinafter: Seller) and its customers through the website www.fondazionerossini.com
2. Order procedure, Contract conclusion, Quantity limitation
Order procedure
The Seller offers its customers a wide range of products. By clicking on the product, the customer is taken to the relevant product sheet where he can view the details of the article. Then by setting the desired quantity and clicking on the shopping cart symbol, he will insert the product in a virtual shopping cart.
By clicking on the item “Cart”, located at the top right of the screen, the customer displays a summary of the selected goods and has the possibility to verify and modify his choice.
To complete the purchase, the customer can proceed. At this point, already registered customers will be able to enter their account where they will have previously saved their data that they will automatically be able to use for the order in progress.
Proceeding in the order phase, the customer sees a “Preview” of the order, complete with prices (including VAT) and options and delivery costs.
To complete the order, then send a binding offer, the customer will have to click on “Purchase”.
Conclusion of the contract
The display of the product range in our e-shop is provided for information purposes only and does not represent a binding offer for sale. Only when the customer clicks on the “Buy” button does he send us a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The customer then receives an automatic confirmation by e-mail of the receipt of the order. This confirmation does not yet represent acceptance of the offer. The contract is finalized only when the goods are sent to the customer, always confirming the evasion by e-mail.
Conclusion of the contract in the event of a advance bank transfer
In case of choice of the advance payment method, the purchase contract will be considered concluded already with the sending by the Seller of the payment information. The customer will receive this communication within 24 hours after the order has been processed. The order receipt confirmation does not represent the payment information. If you have selected the advance bank transfer as a form of payment, the amount will be paid no later than 7 days from the time of the information email by means of a bank transfer to one of the current accounts indicated. The payment is considered to have been made when the invoice amount is credited to our current account, so the date of the transfer is decisive for the expiry of the payment terms. If we do not register the payment within the above 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
3.Prices and delivery costs
All the prices are inclusive of Italian VAT.
The minimum amount for delivery is EUR 10.00 (shipping costs excluded). By selecting the courier and the destination of the goods, you will have the updated shipping costs.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders will be fulfilled within the limit of the warehouse stock; if not all products are available, the Seller reserves the right, if it considers it tolerable for the customer, to make a partial delivery at its expense. In the event that due to supply problems not attributable to it, it is unable to ship the ordered product, it reserves the right to terminate the contract. In this case, the Seller will immediately inform the customer by proposing a product with similar characteristics. If a replacement product is not found or the customer refuses the delivery of the proposed item, he will immediately issue a refund of all services already paid by the customer.
Shipments within the European Union are exempt from customs duties. Any customs duties, taxes or ancillary fees for shipping to non-EU countries, with particular reference to Switzerland, are the responsibility of the customer.
If the goods sent have been damaged during transport, the customer is required to immediately inform Customer Service. In this way we will have the possibility to lodge a claim against the carrier or to make use of the damage insurance. Failure by the customer to give notice does not invalidate his legal warranty rights.
5. Reservation of ownership
The goods remain the property of the seller until payment is received. Without the seller’s authorization the customer may not be required to pledge, secure under warranty, use or manipulate the goods prior to transfer.
6. Right of withdrawal (D.L. 206/2005)
Customers, as consumers, have a 14-day right of withdrawal. “Consumer” means any natural person who, in contracts covered by this Directive, is acting for purposes which do not fall within the framework of his trade, business, craft or profession. The following provisions apply regarding the right of withdrawal and related exclusions. Instructions on the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins when you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquire physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email by writing to Customer Service of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this. contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The costs of returning the goods will be charged to the Customer.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of:
any non-prefabricated goods, produced on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, tailor-made or clearly personalized, the supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic or related reasons to protect health and have been opened after delivery, goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods.

8. Payment methods and discount coupons
Payment methods
Payments can be made by credit and prepaid cards, advance bank transfer, Paypal. The Seller reserves the right to accept only certain payment methods. We do not accept postal orders or bank checks.
Advance bank transfer
The goods will be sent automatically upon receipt of payment in our system which normally takes place within 2-3 working days following the transaction. The copy of the bank transfer will not be accepted for the purpose of processing the order.
Discount codes and coupons
When redeeming a discount coupon, the conditions such as the minimum order value, the expiry date of the coupon, etc. must always be verified. Indications found on the coupon itself.
